Weird Colors No.17 – Emerald Eclipse is a colour fashion-figurative composition built around monochrome intensity and sculptural design. The figure is staged in profile against a saturated emerald field, while a large pleated headpiece curves across the face like an eclipse — turning the portrait into a study of concealment, silhouette, and controlled geometry.
The palette is deliberately reduced to a single dominant hue, allowing tone, edge, and texture to define the image. Light remains soft and precise, shaping skin and fabric with minimal gradients and keeping the composition clean, modern, and poster-like in clarity. The result is restrained yet striking: a contemporary work where colour functions as atmosphere and structure at once.
This artwork is available as a limited edition fine art print. Prints are produced using museum-quality archival pigment printing on carefully selected fine art paper, signed and numbered by the artist, and prepared for long-term preservation.
